Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of HR CLIMB, an interactive career-development platform for HR professionals. HR CLIMB is provided by Hack HR Entreprise ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use HR CLIMB you are contracting with Hack HR Entreprise and agree to these terms.

The service

HR CLIMB provides guided career stages, worksheets, competency self-assessments, a career roadmap and an AI Career Coach. Some features are free; others require a paid Individual or Team plan.

Your account

• You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the organisation you sign up for.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse HR CLIMB. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or scraping the service, reverse engineering it, reselling or redistributing access, or circumventing plan limits.

AI Career Coach

• You are responsible for what you enter and how you use the recommendations. Do not enter unlawful, hateful or infringing content, and do not attempt to bypass safety measures.
• AI recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are general career guidance, not professional legal, HR-compliance or financial advice. Check important decisions with a qualified person.
• You keep the rights to what you enter. Rights-holders can report infringing content to us, and we may remove content, restrict outputs or suspend accounts for repeated or serious misuse.

Intellectual property

Hack HR Entreprise owns HR CLIMB and its content, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of the answers you save; you allow us to store and process them only to provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, paid access ends immediately. Service level

We work to keep HR CLIMB available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your account ends, you can export your answers from the dashboard before closing it; after that we delete them in line with our Privacy Notice.
