Hack HR Entreprise is the data controller for personal data processed through HR CLIMB. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, login details): to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract.
• Your saved work (worksheet answers, ratings, reflections, goals, AI Coach inputs and results): to provide the service and keep your progress across devices. Legal basis: contract.
• Team data (emails a Team owner invites, and invited members' progress shown to that owner): to provide the Team plan. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Plan status (which plan you have, its status and renewal date): to give you the right access. Legal basis: contract.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser details, usage logs): for security, fraud prevention and improving the service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share data with

• Service providers who host and run HR CLIMB, including the AI provider that generates AI Coach recommendations.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling plans, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you close your account, or it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can export your answers from the dashboard at any time. To exercise other rights, contact Hack HR Entreprise. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and strict access controls, so that each person can only access their own data.

Cookies and local storage

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to save your progress. We do not use advertising cookies.
