Hack HR Entreprise offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all HR CLIMB plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for your order. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your order receipt email.

Subscriptions

The 14-day period applies to your first payment and to each renewal payment. You can cancel at any time from the Pricing page; your paid access ends when you cancel.
